To ensure a seamless process for booking and attending free consultations, please review the following guidelines: Eligibility Free consultations are available for both residential and commercial projects. The scope of the consultation includes discussing your needs, project goals, and design ideas. Booking Consultations can be conducted online or in person, based on your preference. To book your consultation, please contact us via phone, email, or our website booking form. For in-person consultations, bookings must be confirmed in advance to coordinate scheduling. Location and Fees In-person consultations are free within a specified radius of our office. If your location falls outside this area, a travel fee may apply, which will be discussed during booking. Site visits may also be subject to fees depending on project location and scale. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
