At Sutton Studios, our artists create not just to be seen — but to be felt. We believe that art should hold meaning, stir emotion, and start conversations. Every piece featured here is grounded in intention, shaped by personal story, and created with a deep respect for honesty, vulnerability, and transformation.
Our founder and lead artist, Kirsty Sutton, brings an intuitive, emotionally driven approach to her work — blending her interior design background with raw creative expression. Her art often begins with a moment: a shift, a memory, a feeling that needs release. Through layered texture, bold movement, and repurposed materials, her pieces become visual reflections of real human experience.
As we grow, Sutton Studios is proud to open space for other artists who share these values — creators who are unafraid to express truth, to challenge convention, and to connect through their work. Whether abstract, cultural, or conceptual, our artists stand by the belief that art is a form of storytelling — and that stories, when shared, have the power to heal, inspire, and unite.

Purchase Policy

1) Products
Original artworks only (one-of-a-kind). No gift cards sold.Colours may vary slightly due to screens and lighting.Dimensions are approximate; framing (if offered) is noted on each product page.

2) Pricing & Payment
Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.Payment is due at checkout. We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout. Promotional prices apply only during the specified dates and while stocks last.

3) Holds, Deposits & Cancellations
No holds without payment.Orders can be cancelled before pickup/dispatch only if they have not been packed or booked for delivery. Contact us ASAP.

4) Pickup (Default)
Pickup from Brisbane by appointment.You’ll receive an email to arrange a time. Please collect within 7 days of purchase.After 7 days, storage may be charged at $10/week unless otherwise agreed.

5) Delivery (By Quote)
Delivery is available on request; costs, timing and insurance are quoted separately based on size, weight and destination.We will confirm the delivery quote in writing for your approval before dispatch.Risk in the artwork passes to you on pickup or on delivery to the address provided.

6) Packaging & Insurance
Artworks are packed carefully.For courier/freight, we recommend transit insurance (available in your delivery quote). If you decline insurance, transit risk is accepted by you.

7) Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect on pickup/delivery. If damaged, photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a remedy.

8) Returns & Refunds
Because pieces are original, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns.Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain—if a product is faulty, misdescribed or fails to meet consumer guarantees, we’ll repair, replace or refund in line with the ACL.

9) Commissions
Custom commissions are quoted separately and are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced. Milestones and approvals will be agreed in writing.

10) Promotional Offers
“Up to X% off” applies to selected artworks only, for the dates advertised, while stocks last.Discounts vary per piece and are applied at checkout or as marked on the product page.Promotions can’t be combined with other offers unless stated.

11) International Orders
Available on request for select works. All duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary.

12) Intellectual Property
Copyright remains with the artist. Purchase grants you ownership of the physical artwork only; no reproduction rights are transferred.
​
13) Care
Keep out of direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Use non-abrasive cloths to dust. Seek professional framing/installation for best longevity.
